Today’s world seems more hectic than ever. Constant demands can lead to stressful negative feelings, and a sense that the world is out of control. These painful emotions can manifest in many unhealthy choices-from binge eating and drinking, to sabotaging relationships and uncontrolled spending, to addictions and withdrawing socially. Of course, these self-destructive behaviors only contribute to feeling out of control and then the negative cycle repeats.

Simply put, life can be overwhelming. We specialize in helping the overwhelmed.
